Sad to say BILLIONS of Filipino citizen wealth is corrupted by those people who have no conscience at all. How these releases were spent. EACH OF ONE OF US SHOULD KNOW how this process works and validate where the WEALTH OF FILIPINO now and then.

I FEEL sorry for every filipinos whose sacrificing and working for the benefits of our own country and yet, there are people whose greedy on money.

• 80 billion of peso approved allocation from 2007 to 2009 under budget laws 51 Billion for hard (infrastructure projects under DPWH) and 29 Billion for soft (non-infra projects like education, health, livelihood, among others)

• 115 Billion by the Department of Budget and Management. 101 Billion for hard projects and 14.38 Billion for soft projects

41 Billion of peso  covers pdaf released on agriculture, public works, and social welfare and development departments. again 32.7 Billion for hard and projects of 8.4 Billion for soft projects.
